We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a go-getter, proactive, and self-driven individual who is passionate about achieving team goals and solving customer problems. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for consultative sales, with a focus on selling software solutions to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Prior experience in selling software solutions would be an added advantage. The candidate should not be shy of picking up the phone and engaging in conversations with CXOs. The minimum work experience required for this role is 3 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in selling software solutions.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a go-getter attitude.
- Proactive and self-driven individual with a passion for achieving team goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Consultative sales approach with a focus on solving customer problems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Confidence in engaging with CXOs and decision-makers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Open to working in flexible shifts e.g. 2 PM to 11 PM IST.
